OPEN-MINDEDNESS
- To interview candidates presented by the consultants whether or not their ‘pedigree’ looks relevant. The consultant’s judgment must be respected otherwise you should not be using him/her. In retrospect, many of the most successful candidates we have placed did not look quite right on paper!

FEEDBACK - To give a clear ‘Summary of Findings’ after each interview. This information greatly aids the work of the consultant and helps to define the person more precisely.

MOMENTUM - To ensure that the project keeps moving along positively. Lengthy gaps in the procedure can diminish the enthusiasm of contenders. Highly qualified candidates are usually critical of standards and will assess a prospective client’s suitability by the effectiveness of their recruitment methods.
