SearchNet assignments are always handled by two partners - the partner in the local country and the partner in the country where the assignment is located. This is an additional benefit not generally offered by large headhunters and our fees are not increased to reflect this.

The foreign partner understands the local culture and is equally competent in identifying indigenous or expatriate senior executives. Clients frequently complain that large international executive search firms are less competent at recruiting local senior executives.
